Art Collaboration Kyoto Transitions to a New System with Joint Direction by 7 Directors
Summary
Art Collaboration Kyoto (ACK), a leading art fair in the Kansai region, will transition to a joint direction system led by seven directors, known as the “Leadership Committee,” starting April 1st. Since its launch in 2021, ACK has operated under the concept of “Collaboration,” hosting the fair with various stakeholders. This transition aims to reaffirm ACK’s core principles, strengthen collaboration across different areas, and incorporate diverse perspectives to evolve as a more open platform. The seven directors are Miho Doi (Experience Director), Yoko Hattori (Operations Director), Eiko Mine (Educational Program Director), Masako Oishi (Public Affairs Director), Hidehisa Suzuki (Gallery Relations & Fair Production Director), Miwa Takamura (VIP Relations Director), and Wakako Temane (Partnership Director). Former Program Director Yuka Yamashita will assume the role of Chairperson for ACK Ambassadors. The next ACK is scheduled to be held from November 7th to 9th at the Kyoto International Conference Center.
