Its founding members, including the brothers Senji Miura and Eiji Kanehira, along with Saboro Kudo, Zensaku Nakamura, and Shozo Yamazaki, all became founding members of Doten and formed the core of Hokkaido's art scene. This exhibition commemorates the 100th anniversary of the first Taichisha exhibition, showcasing works and materials from the museum's collection to introduce the group's impact and the art of its members and contributors.
