An exhibition on 'Water Margin' (水滸伝), one of China's Four Great Classical Novels, is being held at Tokyo Station Gallery in Marunouchi, Tokyo, from September 19 to November 8. The novel, based on historical events from the Northern Song dynasty, depicts 108 heroes gathering at Liangshan Marsh under the leadership of Song Jiang to oppose a corrupt government.
